This website is operated by Ninos. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Ninos. By visiting our site and/or purchasing a timepiece or service from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.

2. Custom Watch Assembly & Brand Disclaimer

  • Independent Craftsmanship: Ninos specializes in custom-assembled and modified timepieces. All watches are independently assembled by hand using aftermarket, custom, and original components.

  • Trademark Disclaimer: Ninos is an independent brand and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Seiko Holdings Corporation, Rolex SA, Audemars Piguet, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. Any reference to movement names (e.g., Seiko NH35, VK63) is strictly used for technical specification and compatibility purposes.

3. Products & Custom Orders

  • Product Representations: We make every effort to display the colors, finishes, and details of our timepieces as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor settings and the handcrafted nature of custom builds, minor visual variations may occur.

  • Custom Builds: Because many of our watches are built to order or feature custom parts (including 3D-printed or custom-machined dials and modified cases), build times may vary. Estimated fulfillment times provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

4. Pricing & Modifications

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

     

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

     

  • We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

     

5. Shipping, Taxes & Customs Duties

  • Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery method.

  • Import Taxes & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), customs fees, or clearance charges levied by the destination country. All taxes, customs clearance fees, and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs Delays: Ninos is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing or postal inspection services.

6. Warranty, Returns & Cancellations

  • Returns: Due to the custom, built-to-order nature of our watches, returns or exchanges for change-of-mind are generally not accepted unless explicitly stated or required by law. Please review all watch specifications prior to completing your purchase.

  • Workmanship & Movement Warranty: We offer a [e.g., 6-Month / 1-Year] warranty covering mechanical movement defects and assembly issues under normal wear conditions.

  • Warranty Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover:

    • Water damage resulting from unthreaded crowns or exposure beyond rated water resistance limits.

7. Billing & Account Accuracy

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Ninos, our team, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.
